Pathetic Michigan is being exposed (again). Delany really should do some serious soul-searching this winter. The hard truth is that running the conference for the benefit of two programs not only hurts all the other teams but in the end also damages the supposed beneficiaries of the arrangement.
For example, a holding call hurt Michigan badly when it looked like they were heading for a TD inside the Florida 10. In the B1G, Michigan is never called for holding, let alone at critical times. But these refs aren't calling the game by those rules.

It's a good point but, again, starting takes a toll. We have no idea what goes on in the field, in the huddle or on the sideline

i thought he was having surgery after the tOSU game so he could be healed by the combine. the announcers just said he wanted to play in this meaningless bowl game and have the surgery later, so likely not going to be ready for combine. so he is willing to risk his NFL draft position for the meaningless bowl game. Higdon, Gary, Busch et al not taking those risks.
if you had a chance to hear Harbaugh, Patterson, Long Hair all saying this UF game is critical for their momentum to the program.
I love how people claim our game has meaning because they want us to finish in the top 10 then they celebrate Michigan losing which pretty much rules that out. There's no logical around here.
This score really isn't shocking. When as many guys decide to sit out as we saw from Michigan you know they're over the season. Those guys made the right choice.

No....It makes you a GOOD person!
If by “a Big Ten team” you mean Penn State, then YES.
If you mean any of the other 13, then a resounding NO.
Simple logical really. No difference if we finish 10 or 11 or 12. But, watching Michigan getting throttled is always enjoyable.
But what if we kill the team who killed the team who killed us? Does that show “logical around here”? That seems to sum up how your “logical” works.
BTW, with Michigan getting killed, don’t be surprised if PSU wins and they end up ranked ahead of Mich. The voters have a big recency bias when it comes to final votes.

I enjoy bowl season but it's just because I love football. These games have absolutely no meaning. They're exhibitions.
The only purpose a "post-season" game should serve is to determine a champion. If people would stop spending money on meaningless games we could get a real playoff. But enjoy your trip to Texas or Florida.
Seriously did beating or losing to USC mean anything? The game served as a highlight for Saqoun and Sam--little else

Embarrassing to have lost to them. But not as embarrassing as what is happening to UM right now.
I doubt that his new school has an airport anywhere nearby.
