Shak or Cassar?

I agree that Rasheed should be the starter but Cassar did beat the tOSU guy who happens to be ranked #1.

Cassar has the title belt. He hammered Kolin Moore. He and Rasheed are awesome but go with Cassar

Purely hypothetical for the sake of discussion, but what if next year Bo takes one for the team and somehow gets back down to 74, Hall RS, Shak at 84 and Cassar 97. I know it's far fetched because Bo has likely outgrown 174, I just wish there was a way to get both Shak and Cassar into the lineup.

The entire college landscape has the exact same reaction when contemplating your idea......

I'm guessing it's going to be Shak. One other variable is that Cassar might be able to get a 6th year--he did miss all of 2 seasons due to injury. If so, even if Shak would get the nod this year, and perhaps the next, Cassar would have one more year of eligibility. Maybe they could both be 197 NCAA champs for PSU!

Shame one of them will have to sit things out. They’ve helped each other become two of the best 197s in the country and one nobody will want to face at Bigs and Nationals. I’m on board with whatever Cael decides but damn, I just get pumped when I know Rasheed is in the lineup. I love watching him wrestle.

+1 to that. Shame one has to sit but I'm on board with whoever the coaches decide to put out there and I would hope all PSU fans would do the same.

Agreed, it might be asking too much, but whomever Cael chooses, if he doesn't win it all, I really hope we don't have a bunch of second-guessers here.
