I could be wrong but the sense I got was that Pry okayed that he could give it a go both ways at PSU. Maybe I read it wrong.

Edit: Read it right according to the Parsons twit. Something like Penn State just offered me to play both ways. I think he's gonna stay solid to PSU. He seems like a home state kind of kid. Hope so. He's Lavar-ish.
