Silent verbals

Both Quinn Nordin and Shaka Toney mentioned in interviews that they had committed weeks before making their decisions public. Nordin even said he was even doing some recruiting. Is this it or might there be others? Program does a good job of holding things close to vest considering the silent verbals and no name on jerseys.
