So who uses golf balls colored anything other than white?
My sister, who knows NOTHING about sports, was told that Titleist is the brand I play so she bought me a dozen golf balls for Christmas. I didn't open them until February, and to my surprise they were yellow. I had never used yellow golf balls before but they ended up being just fine.
NOW I'm am playing in a 2-Day tournament this Sat/Sun and it's at Seaview Resort where the LPGA plays the Shop-Rite Classic. I played the Bay Course on Monday and it is one of the TOUGHEST courses I've ever played...by far! If you stray just a little bit off course on your Tee shot, approach shot, or go long on the greens, you are REAL danger of losing the ball. The rough and the marshland growth is that thick and prevalent.
SO...yesterday I went out and bought a dozen Pro-V's that are yellow, figuring that could help me locate a stray ball if I go a little bit off track.
Any thoughts on using those yellow or any other color golf balls?
