With Justin Fields' situation last year and now Tua's brother, I wonder what somebody has to do to NOT get a transfer waiver approved.

Not that it'll matter. Nobody fears the turtle.

MD is not Michigan or OSU or any other top team, guess they will get the exemption because everyone does. Don't recall why did he enter the portal? Too far down the depth chart???

Not sure anybody really knows. Was #180 nationally coming out of HS......roughly on par with a Sean Clifford. Not an elite prospect like Tua was. Didn't show much one way or the other at Alabama.

My guess is that he's going to get the shit kicked out of him this year at Maryland.

Last season, Maryland quarterbacks combined to have a 32.9 Total QBR, second worst among Power 5 teams, according to ESPN Stats & Information. Only Northwestern was worse.​

michigan is not a top team. They have a reputation of being a top team.

nah apparently you can practice at school A on Monday and transfer Wednesday to start at quarterback for school B on that Saturday

If you have a legit reason for seeking a waiver, it doesn't get approved. If you have some made up selfish reason, it'll get approved
