There are several very good defensive teams:

OSU
MSU
Mich
PSU
Wisc
Iowa

The rest seem fair to average.

There are only a few very good offensive teams:

OSU
Wisc (but only if they can run the ball)

There are a few good offensive teams that haven't been really tested yet.

PSU
Minny

The rest seem fair to average.

So the way I see it, Wiscy has the inside track for the BIG West with maybe a challenge from Iowa or Nebraska.

And OSU has the inside track for the BIG East as long as Fields stays healthy with maybe a challenge from PSU and maybe Michigan (but their offense will limit them).
