New York police apprehended Kashaan Parks, 39, as a "person of interest" wanted for the horrific rape of a 45-year-old victim in The Bronx that was filmed on surveillance video.
Maybe if we pay them huge sums of money AND beg them to act like decent human beings, they'll stop murdering and raping and stealing and demanding positions in society they don't earn.
