Starting today people with top credit ratings will pay more every month on their mortgages. That money will be used to subsidize people with poor credit who will pay lower monthly payments.
What pisses me off most about this that this was an executive branch edict without any input from Congress. We have become a bureaucratic country with unelected bureaucrats running our lives.
Where are the banks? Or the NAHB(home builders)? Why haven’t they filed lawsuits in ever federal district in the country?
