It's nice to see a university willing to push back against false allegations and/or reports which are based on a predetermined outcome.

That can't be. According to the PSU BoT, UVA should have apologized profusely for months, then paid off anyone who so much as stubbed their toe on campus, removed the fraternity house from campus and told all Virginians to "move on".
Another group who realized they could 'fight back' rather than just accept what the talking heads in the media were saying about UVA? How is it that the PSU BoT seem to be the only people on the planet who think you just apologize and move on???
