Last time Cole pitched, his "designated catcher" (Stewart) called - IMHO - one of the worst games I have ever seen a MLB catcher call.
I do not think that he called for ONE SINGLE "hard" pitch on the inside part of the plate. Allowed Phillies hitters to just sit out over the plate and slap the ball the other way.
If he calls as bad a game again, Cole will give up a ton of hits. You don't get to pitch against the Phillies every day.
