The truth - I grew up in one (IL) and live in the other - can't wait to get out of PA.Honest to goodness reading about all this stuff, it’s as though Pennsylvania and Illinois are in a “duel to the death” as to which state government is the most pathetic and the most corrupt. Maybe the states could somehow merge and get some economy of scale.....although the scales of justice might never improve in our lifetimes.
