Should five Democrat senators be stricken from the jury pool through voir dire? Each is hardly an impartial juror when he or she is running for the office held by the accused. It would be 'the pot calling the kettle black' insomuch as the Abuse of Power charge, yes? At the very least they should recuse themselves from this article.

If removed then I guess it would take 46 instead of 51 senators to: 1) introduce evidence, 2) call witnesses and 3) vote on a motion to dismiss; and 62 instead of 67 senators to render a verdict.

We expect a fair process, yes? Just sayin'.
