I'll give you the keys real quick, but you gotta drive it.

If it's available in your area, YoutubeTV offers a free trial. If you've already used it, use a different google account.
If it's not available in your area, get a free VPN and use a location in a larger city. I know first hand that both STL and Chicago work, and offer ESPN channels.
The rest is up to you.
