Spicer lost a case when Biden fired him from sitting on the Naval Academies Board of Visitors. Spicer lost and this case will be cited for Trump's firings. However, Spicer does suggest Trump would have had to give 30 days notice. He also points out that Biden suspended Trump's security clearance.
