State College bars - are any open early?

Was thinking of hitting downtown SC before the game.

Are there any bars that open as early as 9am? We want to get a couple drinks before heading to our parking area.

good question......your best bet might be the hotels downtown and there are several now

a couple of years ago, I parked downtown for a noon game and we tried The Apple and The Den, but both were officially closed, although they poured us a drink in The Den

we had breakfast this past Sunday at the Corner Room and they were mixing cocktails in the restaurant on the ground floor, but the upstairs bar appeared to be closed
