So here's what I don't understand....we forgive all student debt...but isn't that for debt already incurred? But aren't there people still going to college and, yes, still incurring new debt each academic year? So in 2022 all debt is gone, but in 2030 we have new debt from 2023 to 2030! Do we forgive that debt also?
