Even better story ( ala CJF and Penn State ) after the game their coach put a player, Trayvon Williams, on scholarship. When asked by the reporters what it meant to him( Travon) he said for his family it meant ( and I paraphrase here ) that he goes to work every night after practice and maybe now he could cut back.
We/ me can bitch all day long about what is wrong with the offense but stories like this still make college football a very special sport.
