What a stupid response. To the poster above who predicted PSU 20-9 WITH ZERO ANALYSIS you respond "reasonable prediction", but a 30-9 prediction with no analysis would make me the worst poster on BWI.

If you're going to make completely outrageous claims, then you should substantiate them with evidence. The poster in question has not.

As a matter of fact most quality coaches rarely over praise their team and talk and talk and talk about how much progress they have had in camp and how great their incoming players are in camp. Most quality coaches when they know that they have a good team, downplay their team to the media. They talk about how far they have to go and how much they may struggle against their great opponent for that week. So when a coach is overly praising his team to the media, well it makes me pause and think why.....

I know Matt Rhule, he's a mental midget, he was a joke of an OC at temple, the year he was with the NY Giants was because he had been fired from temple. He had another on his contract that Temple was continuing to pay him while he volunteered with the giants. You don't want to believe me that's fine, but I know the truth.

Im just curious, have you been reading what Franklin has been saying about PSU? Wouldn't that qualify as "and talk and talk and talk about how much progress they have had in camp"? If you actually listened to Matt Rhule's press conferences you'd know that he is not playing up the players. He has actually ripped into the team, especially after the first scrimmage.

Also, if you think Matt Rhule is a "mental midget" then I do not know what to tell you. The guy convinced Al Golden to hire him out of no where. Literally walked in to the Temple football building and convinced him. Then he was recruiting coordinator thru the Golden years where he put a lot of players in the NFL. He then was kept on by Addazio even when in today's day and age entire staffs are shuffled in and out. His vision of how to run a team and Addazio's were completely different. If Rhule is a mental midget, Addazio doesn't even have a brain. Lastly, mental midgets don't get jobs in the NFL...I don't care what position it is.

The mental midget convinced Addazio to take Tyler Matakevich. He also hired your current DB coach to his first college coaching job. If he was a mental midget, I sure he wouldn't be able to keep two coaches from taking Big 10 jobs this past summer. I sure as hell wouldn't think he would be able to get a QB coach fresh off an NFL team to join the Temple staff.

I love when people who have no right to call someone stupid, do so. Especially when that someone if a hell of a lot more successful than they probably are.
