A past post said he was born in 1960 and hes from McKees RocksHow old was The Glov? Where was he from? We tended to have similar viewpoints on sports, except UNC basketball. Will miss him on here.
Probably. Your guess is as good as mine. I certainly wasn’t going to ask him 🤣Why didn’t he use the ‘e’? Just being cantankerous?
GLOV is a shortened version of his last name. Not related to "glove".Probably. Your guess is as good as mine. I certainly wasn’t going to ask him 🤣
You beat me to it. He was always playing Stones songs in the Jukebox. In fact, I just checked and the last song he ever played was a Stones song. Crank some Stones music in his honor.Sorry to read this. Always had a Stones song on the jukebox threads. RIP Glov.

True, none of this RIP stuff for me either. I'm gonna be singing, dancing and and praising God until someone taps me on the shoulder and says Mary, honey, please sit down....and dancing
Born in 1960 -- the year of Beat 'em Bucs! Bill Mazeroski's HR to win a classic 7-game World Series vs YankeesExplains why it wasn't GLOVE as people had previously asked. 62 is way too young--thoughts with his family. RIP
Totally agree. Growing up on a farm and watching beloved animals come and go, I got a great sense of the limitations of life. Anytime an acquaintance passes, I use it as a reminder that life is finite and you need to wear it out.True, none of this RIP stuff for me either. I'm gonna be singing, dancing and and praising God until someone taps me on the shoulder and says Mary, honey, please sit down.
Hits home and the fact that he was not an old fart like me makes it worse. Who was the poster who died in an accident a few years backPerhaps you could search for an obit and post it?
That's happened around here before when long-time posters like Shrink and Sgt. Carter passed away. It provides some closure. These are people, not just screen names.
The other board is reporting he passed away. RIP Glov.

Didn’t see a response. I think cincy is now wbcbus on On3…This thread and its subject matter (mortality) make me wonder what has become of Cincy's dad. I don't recall seeing Cincy post an update in a while.
