Testing the reply function. I don't get what is going on. Messages disappearing, replies disappearing, and now I'm getting something called "alerts" of which I don't have the slightest idea what that means. Help!

I haven't seen any of that but have been off/ on the board tonight. Are your messages disappearing? I did see that the mods apparently deleted the Lanny Davis thread so maybe they are responsible for some of it. I've never seen an alert message here. Go to the pinned threads above titled 'help'. The mods have been answering questions there the past few days.

Numerous strange occurrences that I don't understand. One example: I responded to a post by " Samurillion" and that message disappeared permanently. I posted a message that disappeared.....then reappeared....then disappeared again, I give up. Totally frustrating.
