She didn't write it. I have no problem if you want to call out her own original material-is there any? I haven't checked.
Oh, right. That Marci person wrote it. What was the reason for her having it republished? You know?
She only did that to people who addressed it as if she were the actual author.
Anyone confusing a re-post of someone else's screed didn't actually read it OR the original from Hamilton-Griffin which was released on May 12th, or they would have recognized it was a duplication right away. So maybe the sarcasm was because people didn't read very well before jumping in?
It might have been more productive to ask her why she just re-posted it without checking any of it for veracity.
If an AP writer writes an article and it is "aggregated" without any changes by a bazillion news outlets who do you address about the contents? The original author or the "copiers"? IMHO you go for the original author, and you can go after the copiers for-just copying.
the difference being she has a professional relationship with Marci Hamilton. She was a student and a protégé.
This wasn't some innocent "aggregate" of an unknown AP writer's work.
I realize that but I think the youngster basically trusted her mentor too much to think for herself.

I know the name of one of the two but will not disclose. The suit filed was against Sandusky, SECOND MILE, and PSU in Philly. It is likely one of the DOE cases.
Even though the person went on TV during the trial and gave their name and their story, but did not testify. They did, however, testify in "a" Grand Jury.
One of the DOEs had the stay put on TSM's assets about 4 months after TSM tied to skedaddle their money into Texas, but I have no idea if they are one of the two left that still have a suit open against TSM.
If a settlement was received, I'm going to guess maybe not, since they signed that form PSU gave them.
Also regarding the above tweets, this was right after Marci got caught "liking" a tweet (which basically means she agreed with the tweeter) that Huff and Courtney can be sued for reprinting it, and publicly tweeting that blog post stating agreement with her screed. Even tho she immediately realized what she did and "unliked" it, the OT has a copy of it in their email notifications... OOPS!

It's not important, but a few people know. We all have our part, so thank you for the compliment because I'm not the only one, a lot of it is shared information from Day 1. I have a laundry list of reasons why I am paying attention to all of this, starting with children and their physical and emotional well-being and people throwing the spotlight elsewhere and interfering with accomplishing that. Because of money and no other valid reason. (Personal experience). It really ramped up for me when TSM tried to sneak into Arrow in my state without anyone here noticing it or doing anything about it.
