Ok so here is the bet.
I am betting on the wins that penn state football gets this year vs a well known someone that is taking the losses. 10 bucks each game.
Bowl game could be included if the person wants to include it.
The loser will pay the winner the money. The winner will match it and then donate it to a PSU charity of their choosing.
