James its called no TD....King's is called a TD......Same thing happened.

King's could have been a touchback.

Not the same. KIng, by rule, was a runner, thus the TD happened as soon as the ball crossed the goal line. James, by rule, was a receiver and had not yet completed the catch, hence it's not a touchdown until the ball is secured. Those are two different rules not one rule with a different interpretation.
