Tribes have their own laws. Many years ago, a consultant convinced a tribe to open a casino like Vegas. They made millions upon millions. The consulting group just went tribe to tribe opening casinos on their reservations. This law suit has to do with tribes increasing gambling via mobile. Is a phone user gambling on the reservation or where they are using the phone? It’s a problemAnyone understand this legal saga? I'm hoping to be able to bet here soon in Florida.

When most people think of Indian reservations they think of cheap cigarettes, cheap gas, and gambling. Meanwhile Native Americans perform well below other groups academically and in career earnings. I understand the history but It seems to me they would be better off if they assimilated.
