It has nothing to do with climate change. It has everything to do with population explosion in these third world countries. And the leadership of these countries, many of them socialist/communist/dictatorships, have not been able to provide for their increased populations. Fact is that African and Central American populations have increased more than 3 and 4 times over since 1960 whereas the population in America has not even doubled since 1960.
Sorry, but we are not to blame for that. And we have no inherent duty to let them into our countries at the expense of our own populations.
