Don't know about you, but when it comes to phone in technical service, I dislike talking to a machine more than I dislike talking to someone who can barely speak English. And I am certainly aware I am talking to a f'ing machine. This example goes to show you how clueless the left is, and how they will try to mislead on one of THE most dissatisfying experiences of a consumer.
