It has occurred to me, sadly far too often, that we spend far too much time and energy debating the pros and cons of PSU football uniforms on this forum. Truthfully, does it really matter if there's a blue stripe - or not - on the pants? Or piping around the shirts? Numbers on the helmets? Gray facemasks? All once were part of our team's identity and history.. As long as we aren't sporting helmets that resemble Christmas tree bulbs or jerseys which look like they came from a crash test dummy, who really cares?

As I've said dozens of times on here, as long as Success With Honor lives and thrives, I'll figure out how to deal with any uniform changes (except the names, Glov!!)
Each coach and each team should have some say in what their teams wear and why and when. I love our traditional uniforms, and if was up to me, I would not change anything*. But if my team really wanted some changes, I'd be a fool to not listen to them and consider what they were saying.
* Except for putting the Lion Logo on the hip! Come on! Just Do It, Nike! Sew 'em on, ship 'em to Happy Valley, and then we have to live with it.... and live with loving it!

That jumped the shark in Columbus too....Down with tradition! It's time for an obvious uniform change here at Penn State.
I suggest something meta like powder blue shorts.
I think the contrasting collar and sleeve band is too gaudy for many of our fans. That blue stripe on the helmet is pushing it. Next thing you know, they'll want the same blue stripe on the pants! <<shudders>> The horror!Just a sharper look.
