My money is on this person being James Barker. He used to supervise the GJ system under corbett (or something along those lines) at some point during his tenure at the OAG and Kane fired him shortly after the GJ started investigating her and had him escorted him out of building.
He of course is now suing her and claiming she retaliated against him bc of his testimony.
