Laura Cooper testified yesterday that she received a call from Ukrainian governmental officials asking what the heck was going on with U.S. military aid. She received that call on July 25, the same day as the “perfect” phone call between Zelentsky and Fat Nixon.

So much for the argument that there could not have been a quid pro quo because the Ukrainians didn’t know or suspect that U.S. military aid was being held up.
