By that title you would expect to read an article with ranchers stating that they do not any longer support a wall, no? Well, read the article and tell me if that is what they say.

They CLEARLY continue to support the positions Trump is trying desperately to implement at the border. The article should actually be titled:
Arizona ranchers unsatisfied with the progress on implementing Trumps border plans
Arizona ranchers who supported Trump wall now have doubts about border plans
