James Franklin needs to be head coach. He has an Offensive Coordinator now. The bone head play calls from his year have out lived his OC changes.

Read All's comments...he needs to get in the heads of his players...not cocky bs...execution is number one. All the great head coaches do that.

The after game press conferences are groundhog day. Just plug in a different opponent.

Due to all the injuries, young players are getting great experience on the DL
and the LBs have been playing lights out.

It is not all bad news. But Franklin needs to throw his damn book in the trash teach the difference between cockiness and confidence. The Ol can be serviceable with some help in the diversification of the run game.

Parts of Franklins book are a fairytales. These chapters need pitched.

The running game for sure. Year after year since Franklin became HC we've watched a slow motion handoff deep in our backfield for the vast majority of run plays.

It's almost like every run is a draw play whether it is a called run or an RPO. We seem to block it that way too.
