First off I think he is doing a good job everything considered. We all know as a HC he is more of a CEO than a coach. This could be a problem down the road. When I think of guys like Saban and Meyer, they know the game much better than CJF. They could lose there coord. and not miss a beat. That is where CJF could be in trouble. Lets say everything Moorhead is bringing offensively works. He could end up being another Shoop down the road. Once we build this team to the competitive level where it should be, we need to keep it there.
So, CJF should have learned more as he was going thru his career. I know he is still young, but to stay successful he better learn from guys like Shoop and Moorhead
