Who’s coming back

Agree. Had him for emech 12. He impressed me the first day. We had assigned seats and by the end of the 1st day he had memorized everyone's name. I understand he was quite the pool player too.

After being away from PSU for about 13-14 years we returned to PSU and became quite good friends with him and his wife. His parents owned a bar in PIttsburgh.

Really great guy, professionally and personally.
That’s awesome. Makes me wish that I had him for at least one of those two classes because the two professors I had for those two courses were two of the worst I had in my entire time at Penn State. Our professor for Emech11 called a couple girls stupid in class for a question that they asked. Thankfully, the other four or five of us who also had our hands up to ask the same question didn’t get called on. This was in 95

At the time, I had heard that he was the toughest grade and everyone tried to avoid him if possible. Somehow, I could not avoid his class and glad now I couldn't. He taught me how to think and solve problems, academically and professionally.

I also understood that the emechs were the weed out classes for engineering.

I saw DDS going very early 3rd round. It seems to me he might benefit from another year. Historically some kids just wanted to get on with their NFL career but more might stay now that they're getting paid in college.
Seen him as high as late second or as low as fifth.

Sam Zamrik taught EMech, too. As did Jana (?) Pytel.
Never had Sam or Jean (Pytel). Sam was a character. If I remember he had a plane and flew to Arizona when not in class.

Jean was after my time there.
