Yep, even though overall PSU's defense didn't give up too much running yardage in the USC game, my memory of their RB is that he made a good many PSU defenders grasp for air and that I'd take him over any RB PSU has on it's roster for pure running ability. What makes Singleton more valuable is his exceptional pass catching ability. He leaped up this past Saturday and made a catch that not many RB's would make and got some yardage. He had 6 targets and 6 catches - I know RB's usually catch a higher percentage of the short throws they usually get but Singleton seems exceptional in his ability to convert his targets into actual catches and positive yardage.Or making a defender miss. It’s like we admit defeat when then defender is there. Was glad to see Trey actually make a guy miss on a catch.
