On a slow and snowwy day, I had a few thoughts:
1) For this program to take he next step, Obviously, Carr, Watkins, and Stevens to to develop their games. It's simple as that, like it or not the future of this program hinges on those three players.
2) Going into next season, I agree we need a definitive offensive identity. This team, in my opinion, is a team built for a pace and space team! We have a PG that can run that and we have atheltes that match with that type of game. I dissagree that we need a slow/cutting offense! We need to play with more pace. Take advantage of the skill sets and atheltes we have.
3) Shep Garner needs to improve on his overall game. Way too one dimensional this year. Settles for way too many threes! Last year he did an excellent job getting in the lane and creating opportunities! He needs to improve.
4) Going into this recruting season, this is possibly the most important spring/summer for Chambers and staff. He needs to hit on at least two of these players we are chasing. He needs to land a shooter and a versitle wing!
5) Chmabers needs to deserion if he can indeed go with Lamar Stevens as a small ball four man or move him to more of a three? Can Buttrick truly give us even 5-8min as a four man? What type of role does Bostick bring?
