Throw back thursdays

Where was the illegal fist to the back?

This pair was the unintentionally funniest announcing duo of all time. They had no clue as to what was going on. I think I actually hurt from laughing so hard.

Thanks, to the OP, but you left me longing or more.

Wasn't the illegal fist to the back in the Dylan Alton/James Green match?

EDIT: El Jefe was too fast for me.

ANOTHER EDIT: The announcing is glorious throughout but the illegal fist call is the undisputed highlight. It comes deep in the match around the 11:30 mark.

A THIRD EDIT: I've watched this a dozen times over the years, and it never gets old. The announcers lament Nebraska coming out on the wrong end of some close matches during this dual meet.

"Nebraska had their chances," one of the announces says. "A couple of points go their way, they could have won it." He mentions the Ed Ruth / Tyler Koehn match in particular. "Tyler Koehn took Ed Ruth to the brink there," he says.

Ed was winning 10-0 and the ref was holding three more back points that would have made it 13-0 when he scored the fall in that nail biter.

I know this is still Wednesday but we need a throwback Thursday thread to keep adding to.

These announcers are why you should not use the radio broacasting students to just announce.

I just have a hard time believing that you couldn't find some communication majors who wrestled in HS or even Junior High for that matter to do these. It does provide some comic relief though.
