i realize he might be the best of all time, he is not now. Just watched him stand on the tee for 10 min, no other shots to follow?

Not a Tiger fan - however I did think this guys outfit is rather clever

guy physically deteriorated at a pretty young age. it has been several years since he was normal = must be that the human body gets so many swings in a lifetime and Tiger is paying the price of starting as a child.

Mikelson is older than Tiger by a margin and still had the capability to be effective even though he has osteoarthritis.

Too early to make that call, I think. This is TW’s first outing in a year. Let’s see what happens at Augusta.

Tiger blew a knee, then changed his swing to compensate. That caused him to have back and shoulder problems. Multiple surgeries later you see him trying to reinvent his game with a new body. It must be very difficult when your brain is telling you 'you can do that', but your body really can't anymore.

He’s not really a relevant golfer anymore. He’s a relevant story because of his past glory, but not really as a current golfer.

JB Holmes should be penalized for that BS on 18. He stood over his ball for 4 minutes and 10 seconds before deciding on a club. Noren should have went ahead and hit his next shot.

I hope he stays healthy and is competitive. Golf is better when he’s in contention

There was a time when the mere presence of Tiger would terrorize other players. I remember during one tournament in the late 90's on a short par 5 he drove the ball (with accuracy) 335 yards. Then he used a pitching wedge for the remaining 125 yards and finally drained a 7' putt for an eagle. For a decade the man was simply invincible. This is only my opinion but if he did not self destruct on a personal level he would have caught Nicklaus' record of 18 majors. The poster above is 100% correct today he is just another golfer.
