the best way to shut down the Memphis offense is to establish a strong run game and dominate the line of scrimmage. control the ball and keep Memphis's offense off the field. if we can run successfully 60-70% of the game, we should be able to control the tempo of the game and win by 2-3 touchdowns, assuming no turnovers.

While we understand that Memphis is missing 3 key players, we don't know if anyone from Penn State will be missing. But we have a new OC calling the plays and we'll see how that goes. we all know that Franklin is not an offensive genius, but a great CEO and organizer so maybe Cirocca (spelling) will be in the booth and throw out a few play concepts. we'll see.
