These lists are always debatable, but it looks like this guy did some serious research and game watching (rough job) to assemble it. Gives a good write up on all the top 100 games and includes a lot of links to YouTube videos where available. Here's where PSU showed up in the top 100:
70 (1994 PUS/ILL)
60 (1982 PSU/NEB)
36 (2016 Rose Bowl)
20 (1979 Sugar)
8 (1986 Fiesta Bowl)
I haven't looked through it all yet (that'll take some time) but my only complaint relating to PSU games is that the 2016 Rose Bowl should be higher IMO. If your #1 game was the Texas/USC Rose Bowl from a decade ago, I think the PSU/USC Rose Bowl needs to be higher than 36. Lots of people compared the two games and they're talked about as two of the most exciting, entertaining Rose Bowls ever.
Can't take these things too seriously either way, but it's fun to read as we get closer to the season.
