safe travels to those on the road or in the air.

to those paying attention from work, know big brother is watching. So be mindful.

to those at home, keep the frig full, the windows closed and the defib near by.

If you can try one of my favorite cleveland watering holes, the winking lizard. If a blonde named Trixie is working, be nice and tip well.

Trixie? I’m sure it’s a nice place.

We are on our way! Pit stop in State College to have dinner with my daughter and then on to Cleveland.....Safe travels to everyone else heading to NCAAs.

Hey dunk...sitting here at Winking Lizard as I’m typing this. With Mrs. Roar and Hockeygod & Mrs. Hockeygod...wish I could send a photo! Oh, and no Trixie...we asked.

Strange, I would have thought a fivesome would have been right up her alley........

And safe travels to all the rest of us unwashed masses who don’t have the privilege of going to Cleveland, but must still navigate the treacherous path between the kitchen and TV/computer room repeatedly over the next 3 days. Not to mention the several likely excursions to the local market of choice to restock the necessaries. Be vigilant and stay safe out there people.

Careful, and take it from me: you can get called "sanctimonious" for a post like that. ;)

And please be prepared to share the stories you come back with no matter how small they may seem. Love hearing those, especailly interactions with the wrestlers and other fans.

This year I will be doing the trip from basement man cave to the kitchen! Plan steak and bourbon for dinner on Saturday before the finals!

Trixie works the night shift. The place has a completely different vibe after the sun sets over Lake Erie

T minus 2hr 10 minutes.

Will enjoy this site 1 hr 50 minutes away.

Next year will be nuts. Penn State's back yard.
"Looking for 3 for 2018" sounds crazy.

This town is crawling with Penn State fans. Out at the Winking Lizard last night, and the place was packed in blue and white. Only saw four tOSU fans, and a smattering of others.
Agree! Walking around the area yesterday, and the “We Are”s, followed by “Penn State” were ringing out everywhere. In the little corner of Cleveland we’re in, Penn State fans far outnumber all others.
