When in campaign mode the Trumper goes to his base plan - strike fear in the hearts of immigrants. He must have been a big fan of Rawhide - 'round em up - head em out'.

PRESIDENT Donald Trump has announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement will begin a mass deportation of potentially "millions" of immigrants living in the U.S. illegally.
The Week in Cartoons for June 17-21 ]
"Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States," the president said late Monday in a tweet. "They will be removed as fast as they come in."
Former Border Patrol Chief Mark Morgan in an interview earlier this month, alluded to the pending crackdown.
"We will be going after individuals who have gone through due process and who have received final orders of deportation," Morgan reportedly said. "That will include families," he continued, adding that those detained will be treated "with compassion and humanity."
The plan has reportedly been in the works for months, but the announcement apparently surprised ICE, which generally oversees immigration enforcement within the country's borders.
Much about the operation remained unclear, including whether ICE has the budget, manpower and detention capacity to abruptly begin apprehending and detaining millions of people. Arrests by the agency in recent years have declined as it has sent agents and other resources to the U.S. southern border, where ICE has been responsible for detaining record numbers of immigrants who are seeking asylum or crossing the border illegally.
