Great for Warren.

However, I have to wonder who the F made the decision to put Bowling Green's Howard Fannon Jr. as first team All-American and leave Warren to second team.
Fannon also had a great year. Really hard to complain about this. Warren is better but both are very deserving.

Fannon Jr is like 220-225 lbs is he a true TE?

And then gets dissed by being left off 1st team Walter Camp All-American team. Knucklehead voters.
I attempted to identify the names, qualifications and how they voted of the individuals responsible for selecting this All American Team.

Unfortunately, I didn't have any luck identifying who or how they voted. The article indicated that the voting for the 1st team AA TE was very close.

Those details matter to me and it is disappointing that they've apparently withheld or are guarding that information.

I felt like he had the worst game of his career last week vs Oregon. 3 key drops that could have turned the game, mainly his touchdown drop on the drive that would have tied the game at 31. I also feel like he will get back on track next Saturday though.
That ball was overthrown. With proper location it MAY have been a TD but he probably would have been tackled after a long gain.

And there was a pass of about 25 yds down the left sideline that announcers said he dropped but he was interfered with and that caused him to stumble while trying to get to the ball.

Those two passes would have added 50-60 yds to his stats and perhaps a TD.

Excellent clarification. Well done. See, we all don't have to be right about everything.

He should have caught both--especially the sideline throw

I agree with him winning this award whole heartedly. Always fun to watch. He is a throwback in my opinion. Understands the game. Knows where to be and humble in his play and accomplishments. Truly where would this Penn State team be without his exceptional play this year. Congratulations Tyler.

In my opinion that pass over the middle for a potential game tying TD on the first drive of the 2nd half was on Drew not Tyler. Not a good pass.
