UFC, Conor McGregors suit...................

I laughed at Floyd wanting to pay his taxes for 15 from his upcoming payday. How is he then going to pay his taxes on this fight. Old Floyd ain't going to see much from this fight.

Connor will loose.

Not saying he will win. I highly doubt it's going to be a close fight (just as it wouldn't be close if they fought in the octogan). I'm just hoping he does and does it in spectacular fashion to shut Floyd up.

Never understood how people cheer for a man who has repeadtly beat women.

I would never pay money to see Mayweather fight. He's a super defensive boxer. Takes no risks, which result in boring fights.

The only way McGregor wins is if he goes 100% offensive from the opening bell and catches Mayweather in the 1st round. He has no chance otherwise.

And less power. And less skill. Etc. Etc.

Mayweather hasnt knocked anyone out in 20 years! I'm guessing you haven't seen any of Conor's fights. Watch any one of the Nate Diaz fights and tell me he has gotten hit with less power. The Diaz brothers are known for their boxing. If you have been training to worry about getting punched, kicked, and taken down how much easier is it to train and focus on just throwing punches?

For some reason Mayweather decided to fight this fight at 155...that's Conor's easy weight. I'm guessing the women he usually punches in the face are smaller than that so he thinks it's gonna be an easy fight.

If Mayweather wins this fight it's via points...not a chance in hell he knocks Conor out.

Oh...etc etc...

Conor is a good boxer for the UFC but Mayweather is the best boxer in the world and this is not a UFC fight. Only a FIX to set up a rematch for $$$$$ keeps this from being a dominant performance by Mayweather.
This.

A lot of people on here who don't know a thing about boxing.

The great, white, Irish hope is going to get embarrassed

A lot of people also don't realize that the UFC is a giant hype machine.

Remember just about a year ago they were calling that woman... can't even recall her name, the most dominant female athlete ever?

Then she lost, and the person who beat her lost and then she lost again.

The UFC is very good at hype, but boxers train their entire lives and the skill level is not comparable. Most UFC fighters are people who failed at other disciplines.

Phil would disagree with that....he's been pretty successful in all of his disciplines I would say.

I'm sure you can't remember Ronda Rousey at all. Sure.

I didn't remember her name when I was on my phone at the time. Apologies, I filled in the gaps now.

I certainly remember her. I just didn;t recall her name.

I'm generally terrible with names.

This is laughable. As a guy that has been training jiu jitsu for about 8.5 years at a fight gym, MMA fighters, (especially those at the UFC level), have to be proficient in many different disciplines. They have to be proficient in wrestling, jiu jitsu, and kickboxing/boxing. Heck, even our guys that are fighting at small promotions train 2-3 times a day, everyday.

Not taking anything away from boxing, but to say that a fighter fighting in the UFC is a failed athlete at other disciplines is downright ignorant. I firmly believe that McGregor gets handled in a boxing match with Mayweather. Change this to an MMA rule set and Mayweather doesn't get out of the first round...
