UVA seems to be on the right track to reverse what appears to be a fiction.
I don't see similar turn around for PSU at this point. the victories have been in the courts, but not in a way to neutralize the original narrative. we are still a brunt of jokes. I was with people today in Chicago who still have the old narrative.
