Didn‘t see a thread, official or un. Nearing halftime, 14-10, Green Bay. Ben missed a TD throw on the Stillers’ last possession, and they had to settle for a field goal. That could be the difference. Rodgers doesn’t miss often.

Tomlin’s got this.

Packers kick a field goal in the final seconds of the 1st half. Fitzpatrick blocks it and returns it for a touchdown, but the Stillers were ruled offsides. Crosby kicks again and makes it. 17-10, Green Bay, with five seconds left in the 1st half.

That was bull. Center was snapping and steelers went. Clear as day in slow motion. Should have been reversed

Scoring plays are reviewed, but they don’t review offsides, do they?

10 point swing really hurts. It will be tough to overcome that.

Stillers catch a break, as Watt is not called for tripping Rodgers in the red zone. Field goal, Packers. 20-10.

Green Bay was furious. They failed to realize the major hold on watt on that specific play

I thought maybe with a full offseason of rehab, BR might've had one more good run in him. Unfortunately, he's burnt toast. If they keep sending him out there, you're looking at a top 5 pick in next years draft for sure. It's too bad that it doesn't look like a great year for QBs though.

Not great QB group so maybe they can get a top 5, trade back to get some picks they lost over the last couple years and then get some OL help.

These guys have 4 PSU 1st rounders.....

Hard to overcome a bull$hit off sides penalty that bailed out the league favorite Rodgers. 10 point swing gift to the packers.

And the "roughing" on Watt barely got Rogers' jersey dirty. Another B.S. call. Ben gets pummeled game after game and never gets a roughing call.

And to top it off we have to listen to motormouth Romo. i.e. until he got muted.....

Well it doesn’t help that on 4 3 and 4th and short they threw 20 yard outs or 2 yards. Can we just throw it 5-6 yards. Every single oc that works for tomlin does the same damn thing.

also the offensive line just sucks!!!

My friend. The Steelers and Tomlin are their own worst enemies....not the officials.

This is a mess…and who’s the savior? Malik Willis? Spencer Rattler? Matt Corral? We have reached the DARK years ladies and gentlemen…jump in the time machine and remember what it was like from 1985-1988….good times…

The OCs don’t work for Tomlin. They work for Ben. Canada said in spring ‘ We are going to do what Ben wants and do it how Ben wants.’ It’s how he got the job.

I’ve never been a huge Ben fan…he’s obviously been a remarkable talent, and I feel badly for him that this is his swan song. Lose the rest and draft the best QB in the draft.

The frustrating thing is, five or six years ago it was apparent that this was coming. It was also pretty obvious that there was no chance of winning a Super Bowl again with Ben before things collapsed. His cap hit was also ridiculous for several years.

If they had found a way to get Ben and his cap hit off the roster in 2015 or 2016, I really think they could have built up a true Super Bowl contender sooner. Now they will hit rock bottom before any rebuild, and this may be the year they hit rock bottom.

And I have been harping on dumping Ben for years. And somehow few here agreed with me. He is poison on the team.

Mike T needs to go, then rebuild
Problem is higher than Tomlin. It is GM Kevin Colbert. And it is the Rooney’s themselves. They are in love with Ben. Begged him to come back even though it was obvious he is a shell of the original model.. Allow him to run the team. Tomlin and Canada have little power. It’s a true cluster f.

Aaron Rodgers and the best left tackle. Can't wait and waste this defense.
Other than the Bears and Lions who can they possibly beat this year? Lose to Denver and Seattle like I would think they will and then they should spend the last part of the Year Getting Rudolph and Haskins reps. Take their top five pick and trade back for an extra first-rounder and maybe two seconds and then try to to get two offensive lineman and a corner with their first three picks.

I agree. I think the loss of Munchak was a much bigger hit than anticipated. As much as the OL stinks you can't continue to throw it 4 years short of the sticks on 3rd and 4th downs like the past couple of years. They have a new OC and it's the same thing as last year. Let's see if they have the balls to sit Ben. I'm thinking they're going to let him get hurt then it's not in their hands. I don't think the QB of their future is on the roster or in the first round next year either.
