Okay cons, you got Neil Gorsuch, but the quality and qualifications of many of Trump's other judicial nominees is shockingly bad. Watch the interrogation of one nominee by Republican Senator Kennedy. Nominee Peterson had never argued a case or a motion in either federal or state court. He had never taken a deposition by himself. He couldn't answer legal questions posed by the Senator. Trump nominated him to a lifetime federal judgeship.
