I'm fine with people shaking things up. It just was never Barry. He was always just in it for his ego. Unfortunately, he was verbally abusive to several people and that's how we got to here.

Most boards that have alumni slots have a "preapproval" process ... PSU was actually an outlier until they implemented the subcommittee aspect.
