Update: Paterno v. NCAA

Not Anthony, obviously. My $.02 is that the plan all along was for the rehabilitation of Joe's legacy to take place when the BOT deemed it appropriate and when they could take the credit. I think we've started to see a bit of this already. I hope to god they don't get away with it.

You give them too much credit.... At this point, I'd have to believe they hate anything "Paterno".... How dare the Paterno estate challenge them.......... challenge their "wisdom".......

I don't think it is all of them who hate everything Paterno, just those who had the "true" power in November 2011.
