Agreed. And it is USC, not western Kentucky or Kent. He's probably closer to Fleming than Tinsley.
USC is in a mess. They benched their QB to show that the coach was doing something, anything, to improve the team. Now that QB is in the Portal. The second team QB, that ascended to #1, wasn't any better. In fact, worse. Now that I am thinking about it, USC would be a great place for Beau.
I think when you think of USC, you think of the Sneaky Pete years. When you think of Riley, you think about his Oklahoma days.
Neither of those have come together with the Riley-helmed USC. Not yet at least.
He's going to have to compete for snaps most anywhere. He picked a good spot though. He competed just fine in a much more talented room. Who else had better WRs? OSU? LSU? I'm struggling to name another.

With a solid online coming back and good running backs behind Singleton and Allen and two good TEs the offense should be great next season.
